Final Artist Statement

In this class my favorite thing that I like was the ISO. The reason why I like ISO was because it helps pull out your picture when you need it. Because you can be around some light and take a picture and you can’t see your self because it’s too dark and that’s when ISO comes in and help by lighting your picture more. So I plan on using this later on in the future because it helps me improve my photo to become a better photographer by using ISO.
The struggles that I had in this class where the steps. Because I was good with the tool or tools that we used through the week, but after we come back from are weekend brake I forget how to do some of the steps go. So the thing that I think that I was most successful with was that I stared to remember the steps on the tools so that I can do a good job on my work so that I won’t leave anything out.
So later in the future I think I would use photo shop. Because that would help me become a more experience person on photo shop. Maybe when I get real good in it I would help people out on what I know so far and incise there knowledge. And by doing that it will help people out on there life, and how to express them self in there photo.

Blow Out & Panning

I created the blow out effect by turning up the ISO speed. And I think that is the best way to add more light into your picture and it looks way better. And the other good way to make a good blow out picture is if you take a picture where there are a lot of lights at so it can have that blow out effect to it. And Panning is when you catch something in action, so it should look like the person is moving and I think I did a good job on that. I could of had more action in my photo, and that what make panning so difficult to me. So that was how I did on Blow Out & Panning.

Aperture

Aperture is the way that light enters. So while using aperture you would get to use more light, and you get quality picture.

Flash


There are a difference between Flash and ISO. Because flash adds light for when you take pictures in the dark or not enough light that’s where flash come in at. But ISO help bring out the light that is already provide around you, like when you are at a theme park and you take an ISO picture it pops the rides color out. So in these four pictures it shows how bright everything gets by how big of the number you chose from. So ISO is only good for the amount of light that’s around you, so that would be the only time that I would choose ISO over flash.

Flash

A pro in flash is that you get good pictures at night.
A Con in it that it maybe too bright or your eyes may turn red. so flash is not a good thing when you taking picture in the sun. Because your picture is going to be too bright. This picture is better without flash because there all ready enough light to see everything.

Surreal Practice Tutorials

In the bottom picture there was a lot of thing we did to make it look more real. One of the things was that we pulled the ground out more so it can look like a flat surface. Then we added a good background to pull it out more. So these tutorials will help me by adding in more real detail in my picture so that it won’t look fake and so that my picture would pop out

Art Show: Alien

Well I had a lot of different masterpieces to chose from. So I picked the very first thing that came to my mine, and that was the Alien art work one of the top picks to choose from. I like this one because this was one of are fist projects that we worked on in this class, and I actually did good enough then I thought I would. Like all of my detail is good and it do look kind of crazy. So here goes one of the best looking art pictures you would ever see.

Graduatin program

My strength in my cover was that I just tried to follow the rules, and made sure that I put in all the requirement in so that I can get all the points that I need.
But I think I could have put way more thought into it, and asked more questions just to make sure I’m doing it right. I would say it was a little bit of both because I really didn’t know how to do it. Thought that it was going to be a hard thing by putting the Pegasus in but it wasn’t, but other then that it was good. I think that graph design plays a big role in are society. And it’s important that it do because there wouldn’t be very good movie rating because they go by the cover not by the way the movie is. What role does graphic design play in society today.

Student Handbook

Well in this handbook I tried to keep it nice and simple. Like I just try to go with the flow and follow the direction .So my best strength in my design is the types on pictures I had took to go with the handbook so that it suppose to be for school not like a magazine cover. But the number one thing that I could have done better on was to add more detail into it so that it won’t look so plain.

Personal Quilt

During this long project I had tried to keep up. But I had a tough time following directions.
Because I had struggled with what I have to put in the picture and where to place them. So other then that I had a great time on this hartopen project.

Artist Statement

In my portfolio are the things that we did when we first stared in this class. So you would see all the different tools and techniques that we used to improve are pictures. So far in my portfolio I’m really like what I see, because it shows what I did when I first stared in this class and how I had improved. And things that I had learned this semester was how to make your own paint brush by using your own picture or object. Also how to put words in your picture so that you can have something to make your picture look more intense.
In digital photo I did something’s that was easy and some of them were kind of hard. And the thing that I had struggled with the most was that I for get how to use some of the tools. Because we used so many tools and I sometimes for get how to use them and where to find them. And the other thing that I struggled with was posting the picture on time, because I just for get when there due. In the future I think that I can improve on turning the pictures in on time, and remember where all the tools at that I’m going to use.
Lately I’ve improved on turning the pictures in completed. And by doing that I been able to keep up rather then falling behind. Also when I need help on something I get the help that I needed instead of waiting until the last second. So in these three paragraphs tells you how good I got over the time I’ve been in this class. So by this class I became a way better photographer.

compositional trick Vampire & Alien

Out of the two I really like the alien better, because when we did the vampire I was jest getting to know how to do, but on the alien I all ready know what to do. And one of the new tools that I learned and like was the burn tool because it pops out your picture the way you wanted to.

I really like the photo because I looks real. And the other reason why I like this photo because it look like it took a long time to do and he had some time to do somethig good.

Out of all the tricks that we used I really like the rules of thirds. And out of all the tools we used I kind of like the glow one better then the rest.

I would say that I liked the face shot portrait the best because it was fun and all my client have to do is smile. Well when I took the artistic shot I just told her to be in a happy mood, and I made it look artistic by taking it in an angle. My client had a leopart costume because she like animals, and I do like my picture because it came out the way I wonted it to.

Out of all the tool we used I really like the masks tool. Because you can cover your picture and work on the part the you are foucs on. And the tool that I need to work on is the blur tool. And I found out how to make the picture glow more.

Fill In Flash helps the picture have more light thin what you are useing. And I would use fill in flash in the future because it makes the lighting even and it makes your picture look right.

When you are working with light it helps bring out your picture more then a rugular fill in flash. And when I look at this picture I feel kind of sad by looking at this.

framing draws you to what the image that stands out. Both of theses are good , but I could of taken a better framing picture for my first one so it can make it look like a framing shot.

Extreme Angles are good to know because you can take your pictures in a very cool way. And as you can see my first one not a good example of an extreme angle. But my second picture is an good example.

Simplicity draws you to the picture and creates a feeling that you can decribe. Simplicity may look boring but it caches your eye and make you wonder.

Macro shots show things that are small and makes them look big. It's good to use Macro because it show the smaller Beauty that we cant see standing up or don't notice.
